Jammu Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF), Chairman Yasin Malik while rejecting the division of Kashmir formula has said that Kashmiris would not recognise Line of Control as a permanent or international border. He resolved to continue their struggle for independent Kashmir.
He stated this in a message read by member JKLF Britain central committee, Raja Siddque Ahmad Rathore.
The JKLF, a pro-independent party, arranged a mammoth rally at children park Kotly city on Wednesday.
The rally was addressed by Raja Mumtaz Rathore, JKLF leader in Britain Raja Siddique Ahmad Rathore, Zahoor Butt, commander Farooq, Shehzad Ahmad Rathore, Raja Abdul Qayyum, Riaz Akhtar, Riaz Butt, Raqib Raja and other leaders.
In his message, Yasin Malik said that they were not against India and Pakistan, adding they wanted free State. He hailed Pakistan's efforts in the resolution of Kashmir issue.
Yasin Malik underlined the need for unity among the ranks and file Kashmiri leader for resolution of the core issue.
The JKLF leader said that Indian troops were perpetrating genocide in Occupied Kashmir. He asked the international community to put pressure on India to stop human rights violation in the occupied valley.
He resolved that the Kashmiris would continue their struggle for freedom and would remove artificial, illegal and inhuman cease-fire line from the chest of Jammu Kashmir.
He said that Kashmir was only one unit and Kashmiris would not allow anyone to divide it.
