I am very much pleased to see that a famous housing development company of UAE, Al- Ghurair Group is starting a high quality modern residential project in Defence Housing Authority in Islamabad. The investment by Al Ghurair in a big housing project in Pakistan is the manifestation of the confidence of the foreign investors in Pakistan's economy.
I hope that the investment programme of Al Ghurair and practical interest of the foreign housing development companies would contribute in the development of housing industry in Pakistan and God willing would help in development of a modern 21st century Pakistan.
