A member of the Lahore High Court Bar Association (LHCBA) has approached the Lahore High Court (LHC) with prayer to place his petition against privatisation of PTCL for hearing forthwith. The petitioner, M.D. Tahir, contended that the matter is of serious nature, but the respondent LHC office has not placed his petition before any bench so far.
He prayed to the court to direct the respondent officials to place his petition before any bench for its early disposal in accordance with the law.
