Under the directions of DCO Athar Hussain Khan Sial, operation has been launched to remove unauthorised encroachments from the road sides and green belts in different areas of Faisalabad. DDO Co-ordination Mian Mohsin Rasheed is supervising the operation, who along with Assistant Tehsil officer (P&C) TMA Khalid Masood and other concerned staff, removed encroachments from Jail road, Soosan road and different green-belts.
Taking action against about 70 persons, he removed the encroachments and handed over the articles used in making the encroachments to the TMA staff after confiscating the same.
DCO Athar Hussain Sial has said the crackdown against the encroachments would continue without caring for any sort of pressure and the action would be taken against the persons involved in erecting unauthorised encroachments without any indiscrimination.
He directed that the persons involved in making encroachments should voluntarily remove them with a view to saving themselves from any action.
