The Chief Justice and Judges of Sindh High Court (SHC) have ordered the transfers and postings of following District and Session Judges in public interest with immediate effect. Akhlaq Hussain Larik transferred from MIT-11 High Court to Khairpur against the post lying vacant.
Muhammad Ishaque from waiting for the posting of Jamshoro at Kotri against newly created district. Amir Ali Thari from Naushero Feroze to Ummerkot against newly created district.
Muhammad Iqbal Arain from Mirpurkhas to Kashmore at Kandhkot against newly created district. Faiz Rasool Rashidi from Jacobabad to Mirpurkhas vice Muhammad Iqbal Arain transferred. Khan Pervaz Chang from Sangarh to report to High Court. Muhammad Shaikh Additional District and Session Judge from Mirpur Mathelo to Sanghar on promotion as District & Session Judge vice Khan Pervaiz Chang transferred.
Mushtaq Ahmed Kalwar A D J from Kashmore to Jacobabad on promotion as District & Session Judge vice Faiz Rasool Rashidi transferred. Abdul Ghani Soomro A D J from Nushero Feroze to Shahdadkot at Kamber on promotion as District and Session Judge against newly created district. Rasheed Ahmed Soomro Additional District & Session Judge from Larkana to Nushero Feroze on promotion as District & Session Judge vice Amir Ali Thari transferred.
