Manitoba Telecom Services Inc., one of Canada's largest phone companies, has bought Delphi Solutions Corp for about C$15 million ($12 million) in cash, the two firms said on July 5. Delphi sells telecom systems and related services mostly to mid-sized Canadian companies.
The equipment it sells, installs and maintains comes from such manufacturers as Mitel, Nortel Networks, Panasonic and Toshiba. It has about 180 employees.
