European planemaker Airbus plans to create 1,000 more jobs in Germany this year as it steps up aircraft production, the company said on Monday. The new posts will bring to 1,400 the total jobs added in Germany during this year at Airbus, which is 80 percent owned by European aerospace giant EADS.
