Equities show minus signs on ISE

Equities continued to show minus signs at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where fresh bearish assault moved the entire ready-board in downward direction amid decrease in index. ISE network Index showed a decrease of 60.49 points as the rate-based indicator moved from 11,581.17 to 11,520.68 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 13,30,500 shares as compared to previous volume of 21,23,000 shares.
Total 114 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (71) closed in negative territory, 43 showed plus zone, while zero company remained pegged to its overnight levels.
The turnover of PTCL was 648,900 shares as compared to previous volume of 12,40,700 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 453,900 shares as compared to previous turnover of 503,000 shares. The volume of Fauji Fertiliser was 107,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 208,000 shares.
