PIA inaugural flight to Nairobi on September 1

Syed Zahid Hussain, Pakistan's High Commissioner to Nairobi, called on Tariq Kirmani, Managing Director PIA and discussed with him matters relating to the national airline's flights to Nairobi, which could subsequently be extended to Johannesburg.
According to a press release issued here on Monday, the inaugural flight to Nairobi on September 1, 2005, will be the first flight of PIA to anywhere in Africa after several years. In line with PIA policy of expanding its operations and increasing its destinations, the new route will promote cultural and trade relations between the two countries.-PR
