Provincial metropolis received heavy rain on Wednesday, disturbing the routine life, as heavy down pour flooded the roads that created traffic chaos. According to a meteorological official, the city received 39 mm of rain and more rain was expected in the next 24 hours.
The maximum temperature recorded was 37.5 Celsius degrees while the minimum temperature was 28.7 Celsius degrees. Other parts of the country also received rain: Islamabad 16 mm, Muzaffarabad 1 mm and Sialkot trace.
