The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday reserved its verdict on a petition filed by one Qari Saeed, who challenging the decision of returning officer, who did not accept the certificate of Madressah and rejected his nomination papers for the office of Nazim in LB polls.
The petitioner contended that his certificate was equal to graduate and a number of members of national and provincial assemblies had been elected on the basis of this certificate.
