Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz visited the residence of Saudi Ambassador in Islamabad on Wednesday. He remained there for sometime and offered his heart felt condolences to the government and people of Saudi Arabia on the sad demise of Khadim Al-Harmain Al-Sharifain King Fahd Bin Abdul Aziz, on behalf of the government and people of Pakistan.
Talking to representative of the Ambassador Abdul Nasir Al-Harithi, the Prime Minister termed King Fahd's death as a great loss not only to Saudi Arabia but also to the entire Muslim Ummah. He prayed Allah Almighty may rest the departed soul in eternal peace and said the Pakistani nation was with their brethren in that hour of grief.
Recording his impressions in the condolence book on the occasion, Prime Minister described the sad demise of the King a loss to the entire Muslim Ummah. He prayed for the departed soul and wished Saudi Arabia's continued success in line with King Fahd's vision.
