KPC to celebrate Independence Day with zeal

The Karachi Press Club (KPC) will celebrate the Independence Day on August 14 with traditional zeal. The Governing Body of the KPC has prepared a special programme to mark this auspicious occasion. Various competitions would be organised on the occasion for children of the members of KPC.
These included races for boys and girls; English, Urdu and Sindhi speech and essay writing contest; drawing competitions, national songs competition and musical game for female journalists as well as the wives of the KPC members.
Family gift packs would also be distributed among the members of the KPC attending Independence Day Programme.
The members have been asked to get registered the names of their children who are desirous of taking part in these competitions, latest by August 12.
