Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on Sunday said it is government's vision to provide electricity to every house by 2007 under Khushaal Pakistan Programme in addition to building roads, providing clean drinking water and other civic facilities.
He was talking to Minister of State for Water and Power Amir Muqam, who called on him here.
The prime minister called upon the people to elect honest candidates in the forthcoming local government elections. He said that Pakistan Muslim League (PML) should be mobilised in NWFP as it played a historic role since independence of Pakistan.
The minister of state apprised the prime minister of various development initiatives.
