Lattice Semiconductor Corp on Tuesday said it fired Cyrus Tsui, its chairman and chief executive, and Rodney Sloss, its vice president of finance, two months after putting them on paid leave. Lattice appointed Stephen Skaggs as its new chief executive, and Patrick Jones as its new chairman.
Skaggs was appointed president in 2003, and previously served as Lattice's chief financial officer. Jones joined Lattice's board in January.
