Guwar prices were higher on the grain market on Wednesday as supply did not match with the demand, buyers said. On the cereal side, guwar inferior picked up Rs 50 to Rs 1750 and superior type was up by Rs 25 to Rs 1850 for all stations, dealers said.
Wheat Mexipak old and new both qualities managed to gain rupees five to Rs 1105 and 1115, respectively. Other commodities stayed put on balanced demand and supply factor, they added.
