A senior official of Indian Petroleum Ministry Talmiz Ahmed met his Chinese counterpart here on Wednesday and briefed him on latest position regarding the proposed Iran-Pakistan-India gas pipeline project.
Ahmed told newsmen that he also briefed the Chinese side about Indian's position on Myanmar-India-Bangladesh pipeline, Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan pipeline and the Qatar-India-Pakistan pipeline. The two sides also discussed matters relating to bilateral Cupertino in the Petroleum sector, he added.
