Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) announced 'Independence Day Package' for its customers in Balochistan under which free connections and telephone sets would be provided to people interested in getting new connections.
A PTCL press release issued here on Thursday said free package scheme would remain applicable from August 15 to 31. PTCL had also introduced the same scheme a few months back which received a warm welcome from people.
It, however, clarified that the free telephone connections would be given to those areas only where the cable network is available.
