The Lahore High Court (LHC), while directing SSP Lahore to appear before the court on September 07, has asked SHO Gulberg not to harass and threaten the petitioner Amir Rehman Gujralvi and his family members.
The petitioner contended he is a member of Hizbul Tehrir and the respondent SHO is harassing and threatening his family members. He also contended that the respondent police officials are not allowing him to enter his house.
He prayed to the court to direct the respondent police officials not to harass and threaten him and his family members. The court, after hearing the petitioner's counsel at length, directed the SSP and respondent SHO to appear before the court on next date of hearing.
