Subscription of GP Fund rate revised

Consequent upon the revision of basic pay scales of Civil Employees of Provincial Government, Sindh Finance Department has revised the rate of subscription towards General Provident Fund (GP Fund).
The deductions from the pay of employees on the basis of new rates shall be made in August to be paid in September 2005 until further orders.
The minimum rates of subscription (on mean) will be for (BPS-1) three percent; for BPS-2 to 11 five percent and for BPS-12 to 22 eight percent.
There shall be no option to postpone subscription of the above fund either during leave (except extra ordinary leave without pay) or during the training period.
