Cabinet Division's Additional Secretary Muhammad Asif Zaman Ansari, a BS-22 officer in Secretariat Group, has assumed the charge of Trading Corporation of Pakistan (TCP) Chairman at Karachi on Monday, said a press release.
Prior to his present assignment, he has served on various important posts in Ministries of Finance and Commerce as well as in the Economic Affairs Division, the release added.
He has also served National Accountability Bureau (NAB) as Director General apart from having remained on the faculty of National Defence College as Member Directing Staff for two years.
Having joined the government services in 1972, his first posting was in the Establishment Division. He, therefore, brings with him vast knowledge and experience of handling administrative, commercial and financial matters.-PR
