Sarabjit Singh, an agent of Indian secret agency 'Raw', was involved in bomb blast at the general bus stand in Multan on July 7, 1990, in which four persons were killed and another nine injured. He had confessed that he was involved in five bomb blasts in Faisalabad, Lahore and Multan.
According to details, a Faisalabad-bound bus of Niaz Bus Service No FDM-7876, left for Faisalabad at 06.40 pm. As it reached near the outer gate a bomb exploded in the bus, resultantly, three passengers died on the spot and another succumbed to wounds in hospital.
Besides, ten others were injured. Police failed to find clue to the terrorist, but when blasts of same nature occurred in Faisalabad and Lahore, police reached the culprit and his accomplices.
