Pearl Continental (PC) Hotel Lahore was holding a 'Spanish Food Festival' from September 9 to 16 at its restaurant Marco Polo Restaurant. According to a PC's spokesman here on Wednesday, Spanish food would be presented with a new look and variety of dishes throughout the festival.
It was the subtlety of flavours and combination of ingredients, which make every dish unique, delicious and truly inspired. During the festival, Pearl Continental would serve a variety of dishes of unforgettable taste to its prestigious guests. The food will be presented with rich garnishing and in artistic style. Spanish cooking could initially be described as a cuisine relying strongly on olive oil and garlic.
The cuisine includes tapas, paella, Spanish omelet and seafood. Spanish food was a combination of almost six areas with special food characteristics.
