Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) UK central co-ordination committee met under the chairmanship of party chief Altaf Hussain here on Friday to discuss third phase of the local government elections and latest political situation in the country.
During the meeting, different organisational matters also came up for discussion, MQM sources said here.
MQM rabita committee also met here on Thursday under the leadership of its convenor Dr Imran Farooq and considered different names for Karachi city nazim and district nazims. Among others, it was also attended by the deputy convenor of the committee Tariq Javed.
