Former Azad Kashmir prime ministers Abdul Qayum Khan and Sultan Mehmood and PPP Leader Khalid Ibrahim Khan have insisted to travel to Occupied Kashmir without Indian visa.
They have told their hosts that in case of Indian visa condition, they would abandon the idea of travelling to Occupied Kashmir to participate in "heart to heart" talks there.
They have been invited to the "heart to heart" talks to be held at Jammu University on September 16 and 17.
A delegation of 45 prominent Kashmiri persons from different fields including politics from Pakistan and Azad Kashmir have been invited to participate in 'heart to heart' talks with the leaders from Occupied Kashmir.
These talks will be held exclusively between the leaders of the two sides of Kashmir and no leader from India or Pakistan would attend.
The talks are expected to overcome all differences, as the leaders from all schools of thought have been invited, the organisers said.
The talks will be held in the Conference Hall of Jammu University, with no presence of press and media.
Kashmiri leaders from Karan Singh to Ali Shah Geelani will meet and give vent to their feelings.
"Neither any resolution will be passed nor any paper reading will take place in these talks. We have tried for presenting maximum representation of Jammu and Kashmir in these talks," they added.
This time, a delegation of seven persons from Gilgit will also participate in the talks. The second phase of talks will be held in New Delhi on September 20.
Indian Council of World Affairs, headed by H S Josh, in collaboration with the co-ordination committee of J&K leaders and intellectuals would host the second round.
