Fire brigade staff through their efficient and quick operation put off the fire erupted in a godown of Zeenat Textile Mills, Site area of the city. No human loss was reported.
Sub-Inspector of Police Mazhar, who was monitoring the rescue operation, said short-circuit was believed to have caused the fire. It engulfed the facility at around 1:55 pm. He said, there was no report about loss of human life or injuries. However, the loss in kind would be assessed later.
