United Bank Limited (UBL) of Pakistan is keen to study advanced monitoring system implemented at Dubai municipality, used to monitor all critical applications relating to Dubai's civil infrastructure.
UBL delegation was told the system enables Municipality to pro-actively monitor all its critical systems from Network Operation Center, either by application, service performance, and hardware or by network. A core benefit includes rapid identification of root causes of any problems so that more time will be spent addressing and correcting problem areas.
Abdulla Al Shaibani, Assistant Director General for Technical Services, Dubai Municipality said: "We are glad UBL, one of the largest commercial banks in Pakistan has shown keen interest in our systems, operations. They can be assured of total assistance and guidance to implement technology in their facilities."
