The City District Government Lahore has completed development projects worth Rs 3 billion in a transparent manner during the last four years. Candidate for District Nazim Lahore, Mian Amer Mahmood stated this while talking to newly elected nazims and naib nazims of various union councils in connection with his election campaign here on Sunday.
All the schemes were completed in a transparent manner and as such we returned the public money to the people of Lahore in shape of development schemes, he added.
He promised to provide civic amenities of international standard in the provincial metropolis during next four years.
He expressed his optimism that the newly elected representatives would repose their confidence in him in the district nazim contest and said the opposition has neither strong candidate nor required strength to win the election of district nazim.
