The Karachi Cotton Association has negotiated with the TCP for acquiring storage space on rental basis at their premises located at No 1, Industrial Area, Korangi, Karachi, a KCA release said on Wednesday.
THE KCA CAN SUB-LET THE PREMISES, ON THE FOLLOWING BROAD TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-- Storage space will be offered for a minimum period of 12 years extendable by a further period of 12 years on terms and conditions to be mutually agreed;
-- Monthly rental will be Rs 1.75/- per sq ft per month or part thereof;
-- sub-lessee will be required to deposit the rental equivalent of 12 months rental value of the required space in advance to KCA;
-- Sub-Lessee may, if desiring to further sub-let the premises acquired by them, can do so after obtaining written approval of the KCA.
The interested parties may inform their willingness of acquiring storage space at the TCP godowns, Korangi, Karachi to Secretary, KCA by 1200 noon, on Friday, September 23, 2005.
