Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital (SKMCH) and Research Centre in co-operation with ARY Digital Dubai is organising a special transmission for the benefit of poor cancer patients.
According to hospital's spokesman, this special transmission will be telecast from Dubai on October 1 & 2 and will be viewed in Pakistan, UK, USA, Dubai and other countries simultaneously.
Imran Khan, Chairman Board of Governors SKMCH will be the chief guest at this occasion and PJ Mir will host this programme. Dr Shahid Masood and Waseem Akram are also participating in this special programme.
ARY Digital has dedicated a telephone line for its studio in Dubai, which will allow viewers to call in during the show.
Similarly, Shaukat Khanum Hospital has also dedicated special telephone numbers in its Lahore, Dubai and London offices where the people can pledge their donations.
Revenue to be generated from this special transmission will be utilised for the treatment of poor cancer patients. The management of SKMCH has requested the people to participate generously in this noble cause.
