Low activity was seen on the forward cottonseed oilcake market as the buyers did not take interest in the fresh deals due to strong supply position, dealers said.
The December vaida opened unchanged at Rs 416.20. Later, it gained 60 paisa to be day's best at Rs 416.80. In the process of trading, it shed rupee one to be day's lowest at Rs 415.80 and market settled at Rs 416.20.
The January vaida remained unchanged at Rs 427.00.
