Import of chicken and eggs from India opposed

Pakistan Poultry Association (PPA), Punjab Zone, has said that import of chicken and eggs from India is against the national interest, as it would discourage the new investment in the poultry sector.
In a press statement here on Wednesday, Raza Mehmood Khursand, chairman PPA Punjab Zone, urged the government as well as people of Pakistan to support local poultry industry.
