Union Bank American Express Cards and Nexus Automotive on Thursday signed an agreement to facilitate American Express card members to purchase Chevrolet Optra on easy monthly instalments at zero percent service charges.
Shaukat Tareen, president and CEO of the Union Bank on the occasion of signing the "Absolute Deal" between the Union Bank American Express Cards and the Nexus Automotive, sole importers of Chevrolet cars in Pakistan, said that living up to its reputation the Union Bank will continue to offer innovative products and services to its customers.
Speaking on the occasion Mohammed A. Razak, chairman and CEO of Nexus Automotive (Pvt) Limited said that the purpose of signing this deal with Union Bank is to offer the public the most popular Chevrolet car on easy monthly instalments.
Union Bank is of the view that this is the first time in Pakistan that card-members will be able to buy a car using their cards. Through this promotion, American Express card-members will be able to buy Chevrolet Optra and pay in easy monthly instalments through the extended payment programme at zero percent service charges.
