They say 'life begins at 40' and on September 29, 2005 Engro celebrated its 40 years of pioneering spirit and the tradition of breaking new grounds. The function started off with the tour of a gallery where photographs from the inception of the company to date were on display and one could cherish through the memory lane.
This was followed by motivating and appreciating speeches by the President and CEO, Asad Umar, and Chairman of the Board, S. Naseem Ahmed. A documentary capturing Engro's pursuit of excellence since its inception was screened.
The finale of the event was through the exodus display of fireworks, which rejuvenated the pioneering spirit, the sense of responsibility, achievement and the vision for the future of conquering many more frontiers.-PR
