Indian External affairs Minister Kanwar Natwar Singh on Wednesday paid a visit to the Indian Consulate building to have first hand information about its repair and renovation.
The visiting Indian Minister, talking to journalists at the Governor House on Tuesday, had said that Indian Consulate in Karachi would reopen by the end of December or in early January 2006.
