Secretary, Water and Power, Ashfaque Mahmood, has expressed optimism regarding resolution of Pak-India conflict on Baglihar dam in January next year.
Talking to newsmen at Lahore Airport on return from India on Saturday, he said that during his visit to the site of Baglihar dam, it revealed that 60 percent work on the project has already been completed and construction of power station was in an advanced stage.
