Despite declining trend in the oil prices in world market, the Oil Companies Advisory Committee (OCAC) in its meeting here on Saturday decided to keep the prices of petroleum products unchanged for the next fortnight.
A press release issued here by OCAC says that as per government advice the ex-depot sale prices at 29 designated locations remain unchanged effective from October 16.
The price of motor spirit will remain at Rs 56.29 per litre, HOBC Rs 62.77, kerosene oil Rs 32.87 and light diesel oil Rs 30.97 per litre.
Meanwhile, Shell Pakistan has announces ex-depot price of high speed diesel (HSD) at Rs 37.18 per litre for the next fortnight.-PR
