Punjab Law and Local Government Minister Muhammad Basharat Raja has said that generous donations by government, semi government and autonomous institutions of the province for the relief of earthquake victims was commendable and every segment of society is contributing its share in this regard.
He expressed these views while speaking at a function to collect cheques of relief amount at Civil Secretariat here on Monday.
The minister said the earthquake was a big tragedy however, the main task before the government and the people was rehabilitation of the affectees.
