Rain forecast in quake-hit areas

The met office on Sunday forecast scattered rain with thunderstorm in earthquake-affected areas during next 48 hours. Scattered rain was expected over upper NWFP, Rawalpindi, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Rawalakot, Abbotabad, Mansehra, Shinkiari, Balakot and Battagram during next 48 hours.
A spokesman of met office informed a westerly wave was likely to pass through north of Pakistan from Monday evening, influencing upper parts of the country in next couple of days.
The weather is expected to become colder by this rain in earthquake-affected areas.
