Four persons including a girl were killed, while more than one dozen injured, two of them seriously in various road mishaps. First accident took place in Ghulam Muhammadabad Colony, where Samual Masih and his younger sister were crushed to death by an urban bus, who were going to home on a bicycle.
The girl died on the spot, while her brother reported to be in serious condition at Allied Hospital Faisalabad. Just after accident, the peoples of the area ransacked the bus No FSD-1037, caught the errant driver and handed him over to the police after roughing him up.
In another accident, a commission agent Muhammad Siddique (75) of food grain market Samundri was crushed to death by a coaster KBA-6565, when he was going to home on his cycle on Gojra road.
Two persons were also killed in separate road mishaps on Sargodha Road and near Industrial Estate.
About a dozen injured in other road accidents.
