Some 1400 villagers will get benefit after electrification of four coastal villages through Wind Solar Hybrid Power Generation System in coastal belt of Thatta district.
According to the Sindh Coastal Development Authority (SCDA), the work on electrification of these villages would be completed during 2005-06 by SCDA at a total cost of Rs 14.768 million.

Villages of Badin include Haroon Rajo Chak 84-Rs 2.770 million; Mohammad Bux Khaskheli-Rs 2.472 million; Yamin Jat Chak 57-Rs 3.054 million; and Jumo Rajo Chak 49-Rs 3.040 million; while that of Thatta district include Ghulam Hussain Kaleri-Rs 8.178 million; Jian Zangejo-Rs 5.096 million, Ismail Katiyar-Rs 8.371 million; and Muhammad Shah Burrih-Rs 6.419 million.
