Bulls take control of ISE

Equities continued to show healthy signs at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where bulls dominated the proceedings amid increase in index. ISE Network index showed an improvement of 84.96 points as the price-based indicator moved from 11,815.54 to 11,900.5 points.
The overall volume amounted to 10,16,700 shares as compared to previous turnover of 1,426,000 shares. Total 150 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (115) closed in positive territory, 34 landed in minus zone, while one company remained glued to its overnight levels.
The turnover of PTCL was 810,900 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,176,600 shares. The volume of OGDCL was 879,00 shares as compared to previous turnover of 109,200 shares. The turnover of Pakistan Petroleum was 33,900 shares.
