Ishrat named PRF monitoring body chairman

State Bank governor Dr Ishrat Hussain has been appointed as President's Relief Fund (PRF) monitoring committee chairman. The seven-member committee would monitor audits of the President's Relief Fund, a private television channel reported.
The committee's other members are Khair Mohammed Junejo, Mueen Afzal, Sikandar Hayat Jamali, Shams Malik, Chaudhry Mohammed Saeed and Khalid Rafi.
The committee will review audit reports of the President's Relief Fund for earthquake victims and submit it to the parliamentary committee.
Auditor General of Pakistan and foreign auditors will conduct audits of the relief fund.
