S. Ali Raza, Chairman and President, National Bank of Pakistan, who is also member of the adhoc committee of Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), has extended heartiest congratulations to the Pakistan cricket team on wining the series against English team by 2-0.
He said that while the victory was the result of team effort and the entire team deserves credit for the outstanding performance. Skipper Inzimamul Haq Coach Bob Woolmer, man of the match Mohammad Yusuf, wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal, Shoaib Akhtar and Danish Kaneria were the main architects of historic win at Lahore.
He further said that this victory is indeed a gift from the Pakistan cricket team to the entire nation.
S. Ali Raza was confident that the team would repeat their excellent performance in one-day series as well. He further said that the cricket team is becoming a winning combination which augurs well for the forthcoming series against India.-PR
