In light of the recent devastating earthquake that has wreaked havoc in the northern areas of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir, Takaful Nasional Sdn (TN), a leading Takaful operator in Malaysia and joint equity partners in Pak-Kuwait Takaful Company, has stepped forward to give its support to the victims of the disaster through a cash donation of $10,000.
TN represented by Mohammed Nasir Harun, Chief Operating Officer, delivered the donation for the President's Relief fund to Pakistan's High Commissioner to Malaysia, Major General Talat Munir. Aminuddin Desa, President & Chief Executive Officer of TN, conveyed his sympathy for the earthquake victims and hoped that the aid would reach them before the advent of the fast approaching and harsh winter.
It may be mentioned that Pak Kuwait Investment Company, one of the sponsor of Pak-Kuwait Takaful Company has already donated Rs 20 million to the President's Relief Fund.-PR
