Falling trend continued on the forward cottonseed oilcake market on Friday as buyers did not take interest in fresh deals, dealers said. The December vaida commenced with 20 paisa gain at Rs 438.20.
Later, it gained 30 paisa to be day's best at Rs 438.50. In the process of trading it lost sharply by Rs 4.50 to be day's bottom at Rs 434.00 and market settled at the same level, they said.
The January vaida opened unchanged at Rs 445.30. In the process of trading, it rose by 70 paisa to be day's highest at Rs 446.00. Later, it lost Rs 1.70 to be day's lowest at Rs 444.30 and closing was seen at the same level.
