Three people were killed in exchange of fire in nearby village Chak No 434 Abadi Fatehpur, here late Monday due to old enmity. According to details, some armed people were reached at residence of Tahir Iqbal and opened fire.
Tahir Iqbal fired back hitting two of the five attackers while the other three escaped leaving behind Ubaid Ullah and Saqib dead bodies.
Tahir Iqbal, who was injured in this exchange of fire, removed to the Allied Hospital, where he succumbed to his bullet injuries. Sadar Police Gojra has registered a murder case and investigation is in progress.
