The Lahore Stock Exchange (LSE) has approved the de-listing of Term Finance Certificates (TFCs) of Network Leasing Corporation Ltd, from the ready board quotation of the exchange with effect from 19th December, on their final redemption.
TFCs of Network Leasing Corporation Ltd, with total issue size of Rs 100 million were listed at LSE on December 24, 2000 and the tenure was of five years from the date of their subscription.
These TFCs have been fully redeemed after 10th and final coupon redemption reported by the company on September 2, 2005. This has been duly certified by the auditors of the company vide letter dated December 02, 2005, a circular issued by LSE said.
