ConocoPhillips and Qatar Petroleum on Wednesday said they have awarded the engineering, procurement and construction contract for their Qatargas 3 liquefied natural gas project to a joint venture of Chiyoda Corp and Technip.
The contract covers onshore facilities for the project, with a capacity of 7.8 million gross tons per year.
