Bears stage comeback on ISE

Bears returned in the front seat at the Islamabad Stock Exchange (ISE) where equities landed in minus column amid decrease in index. ISE network index showed a decrease of 40.71 points as the price-based indicator moved from 12,885.26 to 12,844.55 points.
The overall turnover amounted to 10,752,090 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,420,800 shares. Total 142 companies participated in buying and selling activity. Majority of stocks (75) closed in negative territory, 65 showed plus signs, whereas two companies remained pegged to their overnight levels.
The volume of Fauji Fertiliser was 554,000 shares as compared to previous turnover of 78,500 shares.
The turnover of PTCL was 378,300 shares as compared to previous volume of 1,136,200 shares. The turnover of Hubco was 64,000 shares.
